The National Centre for Competence in Research (NCCR) Automation is a national research centre created to advance the development of automation and control technology, and to promote national discussion on the topic automation and control theory, both in the public and industrial sectors, and to encourge learning from a young age no matter what your background. We are supported by the Swiss National Science Foundation and hosted at ETH Zurich, though our member institutions form a network across all of Switzerland.
