Karim Rathle graduated with a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, USA, in 2006. Prior to joining NCCR Automation in 2026, he held several industry roles in automation: starting with programming and commissioning PLCs in factory automation, then moving through positions in building automation, from engineering consultancy, system integrators, to product management at Siemens Smart Infrastructure.
