Adrien Banse is a postdoc at ETH Zürich, working with Prof. John Lygeros and Dr. Efe Balta. He completed his Bachelor's and Master's degrees at UCLouvain (2017–2022), followed by a PhD (2022–2026) in formal methods and control theory, supervised by Prof. Raphaël Jungers and Prof. Alessandro Abate (Univ. of Oxford). His research develops methods to guarantee complex specifications for dynamical systems under epistemic and aleatoric uncertainty. He has visited the University of Oxford (with Prof. Alessandro Abate) and TU Delft (with Prof. Manuel Mazo Jr. and Prof. Luca Laurenti). Outside the lab, Adrien is an avid outdoors enthusiast: running, cycling, and skiing whenever he gets the chance!
