Charis Stamouli

Charis Stamouli is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Automatic Control Laboratory at ETH Zürich. She received her Ph.D. in Electrical and Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, USA, in 2026, under the supervision of Prof. George Pappas. Prior to her doctoral studies, she received her Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece, in 2019. She was the recipient of the Best Student Paper Award at the 2024 American Control Conference (ACC). Her research focuses on learning-enabled autonomy, with an emphasis on statistical foundations, layered control architectures, and multitask policy optimization.
