Victor Qin is a PhD candidate in Aerospace and Astronautics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Previously, he received his MS in AeroAstro from MIT in 2023, and his SB in Electrical Engineering from Harvard University in 2021. His research interests focus on the application of game theoretic concepts to multi-agent transportation systems. His work includes studying network pricing games, encouraging cooperative behavior in multi-agent reinforcement learning, and studies of proposed market policies of future air traffic management systems for unmanned aerial vehicles.
