Reliability and safety are key factors to promote the social acceptance of the modern process of automation and digitalisation. With NCCR Automation, I will make my way to this critical area and tackle the key problems leveraging all resources, ideas, and insights precipitated in the platform of NCCR.

I am PhD candidate in Department of Automation Enginering, TU Ilmenau. I will take up the NCCR Automation Fellowship under the supervision of Dr. Alisa Rupenyan in CAI, ZHAW from March 1st, 2024 to July 31st, 2024. 
My research interests are data-driven modelling, optimisation, control, and causal discovery of stochastic dynamic systems, as well as their applications to process monitoring, fault diagnosis, controller design, and decision-making, with a focus on chemical processes.
In addition to the adventure in scientific research, I am also passionate about exploring the world physically, especially by skiing, mountain biking, and hiking.
