With automation on the rise, I aim to improve coordination between intelligent systems—linking control, learning, and economics.
Antonia Holsten is a PhD candidate in Prof. Emilio Frazzoli’s group at the Institute for Dynamic Systems and Control (IDSC) at ETH Zürich. Her research focuses on reinforcement learning, game theory, and control-theoretic methods for designing fair and efficient socio-technical multi-agent systems, like mobility and power grids. She earned her MSc in Computer Science from the University of Bremen in 2024 and her BSc from TU Dresden in 2021. During her master’s, she received a JASSO scholarship for a research exchange at UEC Tokyo, where she later developed her thesis. She now contributes to the Karma Economies project on fair resource allocation.
