Florian Fuchs Florian is a Ph.D. student at the Institute for Transport Planning and Systems at ETH Zurich. He obtained his M.Sc degree in Spatial Development and Infrastructure Systems at ETH Zurich. He graduated in 2022 after writing his thesis on the integration of resilience in the railway planning process under the joint supervision of ETH Zurich and TU Delft while visiting TU Delft.
