Dear Participant,
Kindly follow these 2 steps to register and to book your meals & bedroom at Monte Verità Centre.
Step 1 - Registration and payment of the conference registration fee.
Step 2 – Booking and payment of the meals & bedroom fee.
- Important Information: Payments are possible using credit cards, Twint or Google pay only (expenses of NCCR Automation members and members of NCCR affiliated labs, including registration and accommodation, will be reimbursed through individual lab NCCR Automation travel budgets).
- The cost of registration for the workshop is 300 CHF per person, including all meals and excursion. (NCCR Automation members and members of NCCR Automation affiliated labs must pay a reduced fee of 1 CHF per person). Accommodation must be paid for by attendants and is not included within the registration fee.
Step 1 - Registration and payment of the registration fee
Fill out and submit the registration form. By registering and paying your fees, you accept all the terms and conditions.
Once you have successfully paid the registration fee, you will receive 2 E-mails:

the first E-Mail will be sent by the Saferpay Platform and will confirm that payment of the registration fee has been successful.

the second E-Mail will be sent by the CSF database and will contain the following Link http://shop2.monteverita.org/en/ and the conference code, necessary to access the Monte Verità Meals & Bedroom Booking Platform. Use this code for Step 2.
Step 2 – Booking and payment of bedroom

To access this Platform, input the code you have received upon registration (Step 1).
Important Information:

for organisational reasons, it is necessary to first book the meals and then proceed with the booking of the bedroom at Hotel Monte Verità.

book your meals and bedroom latest 15 days prior to arrival. After that date the Platform will be closed.
Meals – Please note
-
it is expected to take the meals package at Restaurant Monte Verità, even if you are staying at an external hotel.
-
in case you are not attending the whole conference, it is also possible to book the meals only for the duration of your stay.

The cost of meals are included in the registration cost.
Bedrooms in the workshop venue – Please note
-
single rooms are limited and some have a shared bathroom.

if you wish to share a twin room with a colleague, please mention both names at the time of booking.

if you wish to book a shared double room with an accompanying person (not active participant), please mention both names at the time of booking (please be aware that accompanying persons pay the standard room price and are not entitled to the CHF 28.- additional price reduction per person and night granted by CSF/ETHZ to active participants).

the rooms on this platform can be booked only for the duration of the conference. If you wish to book a pre- and/or a post-night, please contact the Hotel Reception Monte Verità.
In case there is no availability or in case you do not wish to stay at Hotel Monte Verità, you can look for another hotel in the nearby Ascona village (15/20 minutes walk from Monte Verità Centre). Please see below for some recommendations.
External hotels
A small number of rooms have been put on hold for the conference at the hotels La Perla and the hotel Luna. Participants may book these rooms directly using the instructions below.
