Alireza Karimi

Alireza Karimi  is Professor of automatic control with the Mechanical Engineering Institute at EPFL. He is the head of data-driven modeling and control group in the Automatic Control Laboratory. His research interests include data-driven controller design approaches with applications to power grids and mechatronic systems. He was an Associate Editor of European Journal of Control from 2004 to 2013 and is a member of the conference editorial board of IEEE Control Systems Society since 2018.
