Fabian Böhm

Fabian Böhm is a PhD candidate at the Power Systems Laboratory (PSL) at ETH Zurich and research assistant at OST in Rapperswil. He graduated with distinction from RWTH Aachen University with a M. Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology and Computer Engineering. While completing the Career Starter Signalling programme at Swiss Federal Railways, his motivation to make infrastructure more efficient and robust through digitalisation and automation grew even stronger. His research at NCCR Automation focuses on the control of distributed power generation and the transfer of state-of-the-art research findings into existing smart grid infrastructure.
