Mengshuo Jia

Mengshuo Jia received a B.E. degree in electrical engineering from North China Electric Power University, China, in 2016, and a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Tsinghua University, China, in 2021. From September 2019 to July 2021, he was a visiting Ph.D. Researcher at the Power Systems Laboratory, ETH Zürich. From 2021 to 2023, he did his postdoctoral research at the same lab. He is now a Senior Scientist and Guest Lecturer at ETH Zürich. He is also a Principal Investigator (PI) sponsored by the Swiss National Science Foundation and an NCCR Automation Researcher. Additionally, he serves as an associate editor for several international journals, e.g., IEEE Systems Journal and IET Renewable Power Generation. He is passionate about fundamental studies centered around the energy domain, including Smarter Gird, AI4Science, Linearity in Energy Systems, etc.
