Salah is a PhD candidate in Electrical Engineering at Monash University, and is currently a visiting researcher at EPFL’s Data Driven Modelling and Control Group. His research focuses on developing advanced grid-forming control schemes for Type-3 wind turbine generators to obtain stability-enhancing capabilities and support the transition to renewables-dominated power systems.
