I entered the field of control and automation through a fascination with robotics, but my curiosity has only deepened as I’ve explored broader and more complex systems—like electricity grids and transport networks. This opportunity offered by NCCR Automation will only add to this growing fascination, while offering a unique environment to grow as a researcher.
My current research focuses on understanding and modeling the role of information in the decision making process of strategic agents. In particular, I am interested in analyzing the robustness of existing \emph{information design} techniques when information receivers exhibit model-deviant behaviours. Before beginning my doctoral studies, I received an MS degree from UIUC in 2020 and a B. Tech degree from IIT Bombay in 2019.
