While algorithms and automated solutions are becoming ubiquitous, I believe it is of paramount importance to understand their societal consequences

Nicolò is a Post-doctoral Researcher at the Social Computing Group at the University of Zürich. In April 2021, he completed his doctoral degree at the Automatic Control Lab at ETH Zürich under the supervision of Prof. Florian Dörfler. Nicolò's research focus can be found at the intersection between Social Networks and Human/AI Decision Making, where he can work on mathematical modeling, complex systems, and data science. More broadly speaking, he is interested in Social and Engineering Systems and in problems that correspond to significant societal and ethical challenges, with an emphasis on areas such as autonomous systems, energy systems, finance, social networks, urban systems, and their underlying interconnections.
