Thematic workshop - Theme 1.2: Interconnection of autonomous systems
NOTE: Internal workshop for members
The goal of this workshop is to get to know each other’s work and research interests better in order to foster new collaborations. To do so, we designed the following schedule:
Thursday 14.05:
- 17:30: Dinner @tbd
Friday 15.05 @ETH:
- 10:00 – 10:15: Welcome and workshop introduction
- 10:15 – 12:15: Short individual presentations (7-10 min per person for the talk)
The main goal would be to introduce your background and research interests. You can also include a high-level overview of past or ongoing projects, especially if they better explain your background or support the plans you have for the work in the near future. Since the goal is to find new collaborations, you can also include the main direction or research question you would focus on in the next 6-12 months. In addition, you could use the opportunity to advertise open projects (e.g., as part of the NCCR Pathfinder).
- 12:15 – 13:15: Lunch
- 13:15 – 13:30: Introduction of afternoon workshop
- 13:30 – 14:45: Workshop on the future of Interconnection of Autonomous Systems
We will work in small teams towards concrete future collaborations. We’ll focus on deliverables such as a student project description on SiROP or an extended project description for an NCCR Pathfider.
- 14:45 – 15:15: Conclusion and review form
We will each fill in a review form with the research output and the planned next projects developed in the workshop.
